This traditional demi/brown sauce from Switzerland is the best mix that we have ever seen. Blend one half gallon of cold/ luke warm water with one can. Stir in (making sure that there are no lumps) the mixture into one and a half gallons of boiling water, bring to a boil again, reduce heat and simmer for three minutes. Each can yields 2 gallons of finished product.
